I really enjoyed the location...everything was walking distance.
The staff did not appear to be fully trained. He lack understanding of anything we we asked in french and english and had very little knowledge of basic check-in procedures--the manager did not get back to us...
Comfortable bed & clean washroom
We were disappointed with the standard size & quality taking into account the advertised regular price of the room
didn't like paying 3.75 for a bottle of water that was set right next to the coffee pot (coffe free but for the water had to pay 3.75) also sheets were not changed. rates very expensive for this facility. not happy at all.\
The staff were courteous, friendly and went out of their way to help. Being in Quebec where the official language is French the staff spoke excellent English and had no issue with conversing in English. The attached restaurant was clean, the service friendly and food good.
The walls were thin so easy to hear conversation in the next room. Not a complaint, merely a fact.
Overall it is a good hotel.
I did not like having to go through the main entrance everytime I needed to get back to my room especially because my room was near the back of the hotel. I believe some kind of back access would be a good idea to consider.
Location and services.
Internet access is poor and continually cut me off.
Staff was extremely courteous and helpful to foreigners who did not speak French. The food in the restaurant was very tasty. The room was clean and neat.
the location is great, close to Montréal and to the 440/13 to get to the West Island.
The hotel was very Noisy. Doors were slamming all evening and most of the morning. It was hard to get to sleep. But I have slept there before and it has been quiet. Also, I've paid much less for a nicer room in this hotel but du to availability the prices were higher.
Close to the highway. Clean rooms. Pretty decent hot breakfast included, with eggs, sausages, coffee, pastries, waffles, fruit and yogurt.
If you are on the 2nd floor, there are no elevators. This was a bit inconvenient, as I had some large suitcases to haul upstairs.
The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was good.
Hard to find. Perhaps due to road construction on nearby streets. For us to lug our baggage upstairs was a bit difficult.
did not have croissants, bed to soft for me
the pillows to small, should have more in the room and not enough towels with out calling for more
they need a walking overpass to get to the theaters directly instead of going all around
I loved the bed, was super comfortable! The room is silent to sleep and the hotel is in a good location.
Since we are not in high season, I will expect it to be around $20 less per night that it was. But Im sure for Americans is a great price as it is.
Good rooms, well situated, good service
Free parking. Free Wi-Fi. Perfect Location. Very clean rooms.
No cheese in breakfast.
